Shipping policy

The MIDORI Company currently only delivers within the UAE via delivery partners. All orders placed after 5pm GMT+4 will be processed the next working day.

Orders will be fulfilled on weekends & public holidays from our warehouse, however not all courier companies work during these holidays so please don't consider weekends & public holidays in the timelines provided below. 

UAE

• Standard: 2 Business Days delivery if the order is placed after 12 pm GMT+4 (UAE time)
• Express (surcharge applies): We offer express delivery (within 4 hours) if an order is placed before 12 pm GMT +4 and express delivery is selected

International - Rest of the world (coming soon)

• DHL Express 2-5 day delivery if the order is placed before 10pm GMT+4 (UAE time)

Taxes and Duties

Local taxes & duties for international orders are not charged at checkout and will be the responsibility of the shipping carrier at the destination of your country to collect from you at delivery.
